We take responsibility with the development of our smart home technology. Together we work on ideas, services and products that make life easier for wesmartify customers. Sales is our face to the customer, the place where everything comes together at wesmartify. Prices, customer requirements, products, all this is organized by you for the benefit of our customers. If dynamism and dealing with innovative and smart products and people are important to you, you have come to the right place to continue shaping the history of wesmartify with our team.

In close exchange with colleagues from purchasing, warehousing & logistics, marketing and product management, you will further develop your processes and at the same time you are willing to roll up your sleeves and lend a hand if necessary.

What are you going to do:

• Your commitment is required - because you conduct price negotiations independently, are responsible for the smooth processing of orders and keep an eye on the delivery dates together with the purchasing department
• You inspire and bind our existing and new customers and offer them optimal customer service - you always have active sales in mind
• We also put the creation of calculations in your hands

What we expect:

• You have completed (commercial) training
• Technical interest and IT knowledge are advantageous, but not a basic requirement - career changers (m/f/d) are also very welcome!
• Your strengths include negotiation skills and closing abilities
• A strong service mentality and strong customer orientation complete your profile
• You enjoy working in a team and are enthusiastic about sales
• You are open to change and constantly looking for potential for improvement
• You have very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
• Confident handling of MS Office is a matter of course for you
