The essentials Smart Home bathroom radiator has just arrived and is available in three different versions:

• 80 cm wide, max. power consumption 300 watts
• 120 cm wide, max. power consumption 700 watts
• 160 cm wide, max. power consumption 900 watts

The electrically operated towel radiator can be integrated into the WLAN at home. Time and temperature profiles can then be easily programmed using the free essentials app: From Monday to Friday, should the heating start up automatically at 6.30 a.m. so that it is comfortably warm in the bathroom when you get up? Should the temperature in the bathroom remain at a constant 15 degrees during the upcoming vacation week to save energy? You want the heating to run for three hours from now on? Everything is possible!

Also possible: Control by voice command via Amazon Alexa or Google Home and - very traditionally - via the radiator thermostat, which has an LED display. The integrated "window open detection" is particularly smart: if the radiator registers a sudden drop in temperature, it automatically stops heating - that saves a lot of energy. In addition, the smart bathroom radiator was equipped with overheating protection and a child safety lock.

Fireplace atmosphere without chopping wood:
essentials smart home electric stove (RRP €349)

The essentials Smart Home stove is an elegantly designed electric fireplace equipped with a temperature sensor. The stove can be integrated into the home WLAN in no time at all and is then conveniently programmed and - if desired also by voice - controlled via the free essentials smart home app. The stove not only heats up the room quickly and comfortably, it also has an elegant flame effect that is generated by energy-saving LEDs. The heating output can be switched in two stages (1 or 2 kW). The maximum desired temperature is 30 degrees. Even without a smartphone app, the oven can be conveniently controlled using the included remote control.

The smart stove was examined by TÜV Rheinland and received the "TÜV Rheinland certified" seal of approval.
