Sales Development Manager (f/m/d) as soon as possible

We take responsibility with the development of our smart home technology. Together we work on ideas, services and products that make the lives of wesmartify customers easier.
Sales is our face on site with the customer, where everything comes together at wesmartify - prices, customer requirements, products, all of this is organized by you for the benefit of our customers.
If dynamism and dealing with innovative and smart products and people are important to you, you have come to the right place to continue shaping the story of wesmartify with our team.
In close exchange with colleagues from purchasing, warehouse/logistics, marketing and product management, you will further develop your processes and at the same time be ready to roll up your sleeves and lend a hand when the need arises.

What are you going to do:

  • Your commitment is in demand - because you control B2B sales activities and look after our long-standing key account B2B customers
  • You independently conduct price/contract negotiations and calculate offers, are responsible for smooth order processing and, together with purchasing, keep an eye on delivery dates
  • Dealing with sales/trade representatives is not a cause for concern for you
  • Thanks to your winning personality, you acquire new customers and are largely responsible for their success
  • You actively shape the future of sales and are jointly responsible for the (further) development of the future sales strategy
  • In the spirit of customer satisfaction, you enjoy addressing our customers' concerns and developing concrete solutions to problems
  • You work closely with our various departments (product management / purchasing / etc.) and are the driving factor for success as an interface to the customer

What we expect:

  • You have completed commercial training or a degree and have experience in sales (ideally field work in the B2B or DIY sector)
  • Technical interest and IT knowledge are advantageous, but not a basic requirement - we also welcome career changers (m/f/d)! Your enthusiasm for smart solutions is much more important!
  • Your strengths include communication and negotiation skills as well as closing skills
  • A high service mentality and strong customer orientation round off your profile
  • You have very good written and spoken German and good English skills
  • You enjoy working in a team, are empathetic and have enthusiasm for sales
  • You think in a sales-oriented manner, pursue and implement your personal goals
