The actuator triggers the actions that are intended to make everyday life easier for us, e.g. e.g.:

  • Raise the shutters automatically in the morning.
  • Switch on the light at a certain time in the evening.

What is happening behind the scenes: A sensor sends an electrical impulse to the actuator. The actuator converts this impulse into mechanical energy, e.g. B. by raising the roller shutter. The electrical impulse can be from a be triggered by an app , a switch or by voice, if you use a language assistant such as e.g. B. Amazon uses Alexa .
