Bad Salzdetfurth, April 2022 - As in the previous year, wesmartify.de was again honored this year as "Best Online Shop" for smart home products. The rating is the result of an independent and representative online survey among customers.

The study was carried out by the Cologne analysis company ServiceValue in cooperation with DEUTSCHLAND TEST, a company of Burda Verlag. A total of 2,196 online shops from more than 160 sectors were evaluated for their customer satisfaction. The question was: "How satisfied are you overall with the following online shops? Please judge from your own customer experience in the last twelve months.” Based on the average values ​​of each individual shop, a ranking of all providers examined was then created for each industry.

Ralf Klar, Managing Director of wesmartify GmbH, is very happy about the second win in a row: "The good performance shows that we are on the right track with our customer-oriented business philosophy. We attach great importance to extensive support along the entire customer journey.
